TERM & CONDITIONS AS MAGEnt.
1. All MAGEnt signed up will be provided products that purchased through our main channel – website www.magemalaysia.com.
2. All purchased products are non-returnable, except for the manufacturing defects. We are trying to ensure the perfect postage wrap for each of the product, but if there is any damage of the box, KESB is not held for responsibility. However, we will assist in submitting the necessary report to the respected platform.
3. All MAGEnt are expected to sell MAGE products at the retail price mentioned, not more than 10% less either through online and offline marketing. Breaching of this terms may lead to termination and potential claim.
4. KESB support is through continuous product development, R&D and also proper branding process. However, KESB is not held responsible for any unwanted left over stocks at MAGEnt’s keeping.
5. MAGEnt may propose or feedbacks to KESB on further improvement from time to time. Great idea is definitely worth considering.
6. MAGEnt can use any image available in MAGE HQ Social media page for promotion purposes.
7. MAGEnt must carry good behavior, professional etiquette throughout dealing with their respective customers. KESB will not be held responsible for any misconduct of MAGEnt to its clients.
8. MAGE HQ and MAGEnt may co-exist in the same platform either offline or online.
9. MAGE HQ will notify all MAGEnt on the updated promotion through various channel. MAGEnt need to be self-update and may follow accordingly if opted to.
10. MAGEnt must carry a positive attitude and language when representing MAGE at all time. Vulgar words, misleading information of MAGE in any platform may resulted to termination and further claim.
11. The term & conditions sets herein shall be updated from time to time with or without notice.
